Development of craft business through the implementation of precision CNC machining
MET SERWIS Michał Mozgalik is implementing the project entitled “Development of craft business through the implementation of precision CNC machining”.
The project is co-financed by the European Union under the European Funds for Silesia 2021–2027 programme, Just Transition Fund, action FESL.10.03 Support for SMEs for transformation.
The aim of the project is to develop the company’s craft business through the purchase and implementation of a modern DMG MORI CLX 350 V3 CNC lathe. The machine enables precision machining operations, including turning, milling and threading in a single workpiece setup.
The implementation of the project increases the company’s technological capabilities, improves the quality and repeatability of production, shortens order lead times and reduces the need to use external subcontractors.
The project also contributes to the company’s transformation towards a modern and more efficient manufacturing business, including by reducing the number of technological operations, decreasing production waste and managing resources rationally.
