Development of craft business through the implementation of precision CNC machining
MET SERWIS Michał Mozgalik is implementing a project entitled "Development of craft activities through the implementation of precision CNC machining".
The project is co-financed by the European Union under the European Funds for Silesia 2021–2027 program, Just Transition Fund, action FESL.10.03 SME support for transformation.
The objective of the project is to develop the company’s craft activities through the purchase and implementation of a modern DMG MORI CLX 350 V3 CNC lathe. The machine enables high-precision machining operations, including turning, milling, and threading in a single workpiece clamping.
The project is addressed to MET SERWIS Michał Mozgalik, which, thanks to the implementation of the investment, is expanding its technological capabilities in the field of precision CNC machining.
The project’s results will also benefit the company’s clients, in particular enterprises and customers requiring precision metal parts manufacturing, higher production repeatability, and execution of more advanced machining operations.
The project implementation allows for increasing the company’s technological capabilities, improving production quality and repeatability, reducing lead times, and limiting the need to use external subcontractors.
The project also contributes to the transformation of the enterprise towards modern and more efficient production activities, including by reducing the number of technological operations, decreasing production waste, and ensuring rational resource management.
